Changing daily, inspired by the French bistro tradition using the freshest seasonal ingredients, the Balaban's menu offers favorite classics and innovative dishes.
Chef Kevin Sthair and Co-owner Steve McIntyre developed small plates tailored for today's taste and economy.
Balaban's now opens on Monday for lunch and dinner but closes Sunday.
